1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, questions, materials, and results associated with the IMPACT IQ Assessment (collectively, the “Assessment”) are the exclusive property of IMPACT IQ. No portion of the Assessment may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise shared without the express written permission of IMAPCT IQ.

2. Authorized Use

The Assessment and its results are intended solely for:

  • Individual Participants: Personal self-assessment, professional development, or organizational improvement.

  • IMPACT IQ Consultants: Internal use by official consultants of IMPACT IQ.

The Assessment cannot be used by any third-party consultant, coach, or other service providers without prior written consent from IMPACT IQ.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  1. Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the Assessment.

  2. Sell, license, or sublicense the Assessment or any related materials or data.

  3. Publish or publicly display Assessment content or results without explicit permission.

  4. Use the Assessment results in external consulting, coaching, or advisory services unless explicitly authorized.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Assessment is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • IMPACT IQ does not guarantee any specific outcomes, improvements, or results from using the Assessment.

  • Any reliance you place on the Assessment is strictly at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMPACT IA and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

  1. Your use of (or inability to use) the Assessment.

  3. Any decisions made or actions taken based on the Assessment results.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website or communicated through other channels. Your continued use of the Assessment after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes relating to them or the Assessment, are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in the United States of America.

1. Refund/Cancellation Policy

At IMPACT IQ, we strive to provide high-quality nonprofit and leadership coaching and consulting services. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided. However, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.

 

Special Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a special circumstance, please contact us, and we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund or rescheduling is possible.

 

2. Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Digital Products and Services:

All digital products, including e-books, online courses, and downloadable resources, are delivered via email or through our online platform. Access instructions will be provided immediately upon purchase. If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please contact us at info@impactiq.org.

 

Physical Products:

Currently, IMPACT IQ does not offer physical products. Should we introduce physical products in the future, detailed information regarding shipping costs, delivery times, and fulfillment processes will be provided here.
